Blanket contract definition

Blanket contract means a contract under which a court reporter, court recorder, or court reporting firm agrees to perform all court reporting or court recording services for a client for two or more cases at a rate of compensation fixed in the contract.
Blanket contract shall have the meaning given in clause 4 of this contract.

Blanket contract means a contract for purchases to be made as required over a specific period of time for a fixed price, but no guaranteed quantity.
Blanket contract means an agreement between the City and a vendor, entered into without formal advertising and bid, whereby the vendor agrees to supply any and all goods or services merchandised by that vendor for a one-year period in quantities to be determined by the City requirements and indicated on purchase requisitions. Buyer may, in its sole discretion, change its representatives at any time or from time to time, and will promptly notify Contractor, in writing, of any such change.
