BlackBerry ID definition

BlackBerry ID means the sign-in credentials used by You to sign into Your BBM Solution and other products and services that support BlackBerry ID sign-in credentials.
BlackBerry ID has the meaning set forth in the “Messaging” section of Schedule E-7.

  • In addition, any termination of this Agreement will not affect the application of such terms and conditions to Your continued use of Your BlackBerry ID with other BlackBerry ID Accessible Services, unless BlackBerry indicates that such termination is intended to terminate Your right to use Your BlackBerry ID with other BlackBerry ID Accessible Services.

  • Unless You and BlackBerry agree to other terms and conditions governing Your use of Your BlackBerry ID in association with such products and services, You agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement that apply to the BlackBerry ID Service, both as a Service and as part of the BBM Solution, also apply to the use of Your BlackBerry ID with BlackBerry ID Accessible Services; including without limitation, Sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and this Section 11.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, You agree to choose strong passwords, and to maintain the security and confidentiality of all passwords used to access Your BBM Solution or any portion thereof, including passwords used to access Your BlackBerry ID used in connection with Your BBM Solution.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Help Desk means the contact point established by Project Co in respect of the Help Desk Services for the notification of Demand Requisitions, the occurrence of Events and other matters arising in relation to the provision of Services;

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS.   • Contact adhesive means a non-aerosol adhesive that: (i) is designed for application to both surfaces to be bonded together, and (ii) is allowed to dry before the two surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iii) forms an immediate bond that is impossible, or difficult, to reposition after both adhesive- coated surfaces are placed in contact with each other, and (iv) does not need sustained pressure or clamping of surfaces after the adhesive-coated surfaces have been brought together using sufficient momentary pressure to establish full contact between both surfaces. “Contact Adhesive” does not include rubber cements that are primarily intended for use on paper substrates. “Contact Adhesive” also does not include vulcanizing fluids that are designed and labeled for tire repair only.

  • Noncommercial computer software means software that does not qualify as commercial computer software under paragraph (a)(1) of this clause.
