BITT definition

BITT means the banking and insurance transaction tax (banka ve sigorta muameleleri vergisi), a Tax imposed under the Expenditure Tax Law of the Republic of Türkiye (Law No. 6802) published in the Official Gazette dated 23 July 1956 and numbered 9362 on all revenues, including interest and/or profit received by banks and insurance companies in the Republic of Türkiye with respect to their banking and insurance transactions; "Change of Control" shall be deemed to occur if, either:
BITT means the Banking and Insurance Transactions Tax defined in the Excise Taxes Law no. 6802 or any other taxes which may substitute said tax,
BITT means Banking and Insurance Transaction Tax; "RUSF" shall mean Resource Utilization Support Fund; "FEET" shall mean Foreign Exchange Expenditure Tax; "CPC" shall mean Civil Procedure Code;

Examples of BITT in a sentence

  • If a Discount Tariff is purchased, this fee is charged for 12 months following the date of registration, and it is 12.90 TL per month, including BITT.

  • If Account Statements of periods older than 1 year are requested in printed form or as facsimile, this fee is charged per Account Statement, and is equal to 1 TL, including BITT.

  • All kinds of taxes, duties, funds and other accessory debts, such as RUSF and BITT, to be levied on all interests, fees, charges, awards and other moneys specified in this Agreement and its exhibits will also be paid by the Customer separately from the said debts.

  • BITT is excluded from all amounts mentioned in this Form unless otherwise is stated herein.

  • BITT to be arisen out of the fees incurring BITT shall be separately charged from the Customer.

  • The provisions of this Article Twelve shall be applicable to any sinking fund for the retirement of Securities of a series except as otherwise contemplated by Section 3.01 for Securities of such series; provided, however, that if any provision of any such Security shall conflict with any provision of this Article Twelve, the provision of such Security shall govern.

  • Credit card contractual interest rate per month (excluding RUSF and BITT) is 2.02%.
