  • In no event shall BITDEFENDER be liable for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages arising out of the use, performance, or delivery of Bitdefender Solution, even if BITDEFENDER has been advised of the existence or possibility of such damages.

  • FEEDBACK It is expressly understood, acknowledged and agreed that you shall, regardless of whether or not formally requested to do so, provide to Bitdefender reasonable suggestions, comments, testimonials and feedback regarding the Bitdefender Solution, including but not limited to usability, bug reports and test results, with respect to Bitdefender Solution testing (collectively, "Feedback").
