Bioverda Parties definition

Bioverda Parties means Bioverda International Holdings Limited, Bioverda US Holdings LLC, their Affiliates, and any fund (including, without limitation, any limited or general partnership) which is managed, maintained, controlled or advised by, or which otherwise has a relationship with, Bioverda International Holdings Limited, Bioverda US Holdings LLC, or their Affiliates.
