Biota Common Stock means the common stock of Biota, par value $0.10 per share.

  • The Sellers shall be entitled to receive, upon the release of the Escrowed Shares, any and all dividends paid by Biota on shares of Biota Common Stock during the period in which the Escrowed Shares are retained in the Escrow Account.
