Biosensor definition

Biosensor means any system and/or apparatus designed (i) to be implanted in or affixed to the human body (or any part thereof) and (ii) to monitor and/or measure at least one state or condition of the human body (or any part thereof) or any changes or other aspects affecting the human body (or any part thereof).
Biosensor means a **** such that males can be distinguished from --------- females based on a signal generated by the ****, including any modification, improvement, upgrade, new version or **** substitute developed by LifeSensors pursuant to this Agreement and acceptable to Embrex.
