  • As soon as reasonably practicable following the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Biomira shall file, proceed with and diligently prosecute an application pursuant to subsection 192(3) of the CBCA for the Interim Order providing for, among other things, the calling and holding of the Biomira Meeting for the purpose of considering and, if deemed advisable, approving the Arrangement Resolution.

  • Subject to section 2.1, Biomira shall hold the Biomira Meeting as soon as reasonably practicable and, in the event of any adjournment or postponement of the Biomira Meeting, Biomira shall reconvene and hold the Biomira Meeting as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
