Biohazardous Materials definition

Biohazardous Materials means any and all substances and materials defined or referred to as “medical waste,” “biological waste,” “biohazardous waste,” “biohazardous material” or any other term of similar import under any Hazardous Materials Laws, including (but not limited to) California Health & Safety Code Sections 25105 et seq., and any regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time.

Biohazardous Materials means microbiological or viral agents of infection, including but not limited to bacteria, fungae, mycoplasmas, prions and viruses which are considered to be pathogenic or harmful to human health. Article Xl.

  • Hazardous Materials Laws means all Laws governing the treatment, transportation or disposal of Hazardous Materials applicable to any of the Real Property.

  • Hazardous Materials Claims means any enforcement, cleanup, removal or other governmental or regulatory action or order with respect to the Property, pursuant to any Hazardous Materials Laws, and/or any claim asserted in writing by any third party relating to damage, contribution, cost recovery compensation, loss or injury resulting from any Hazardous Materials.
