Biogas Project means the biogas installation of the Co-operative for the generation of electricity at the Toronto Zoo, and includes all equipment related to the biogas installation and all agreements and contracts entered into for the purposes of the biogas installation and generation of electricity by the Co-operative.

  • The costs of utility services required to operate and maintain the Project shall be allocated between the Parties as set forth in the body of the Biogas Project Agreement and in the Lease.
