Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.
Net meter means an appropriate energy meter capable of recording both import & export of electricity or a pair of meters one each for recording the import and export of electricity as the case may be;
parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;
Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.
Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Meter means, unless otherwise qualified, a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.
Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.
Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.
Meters shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a) hereof.
Calibration gas means a gas mixture used to calibrate gas analysers.
water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;
Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
medium voltage means the set of nominal voltage levels that lie above low voltage and below high voltage in the range of 1 kV to 44 kV;
Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.
Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.
Taximeter means any device for calculating the fare to be charged in respect of any journey in a hackney carriage or private hire vehicle by reference to the distance travelled or time elapsed since the start of the journey, or a combination of both; and

Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
Suction outlet means the opening or fitting through which the water under negative pressure is drawn from the pool or spa.
Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.
