Bid/Proposal means the proposal submitted by the Bidder(s) in response to this RFP in accordance with the provisions hereof including Technical Proposal and Price Proposal along with all other documents forming part and in support thereof as specified in this RFP.

Bid/Proposal means the submission provided by the Bidder in response to this Request for Proposal. Bid may also mean the same as Proposal.

In addition to the whole Agreement, the following documents listed in order of priority are incorporated into the Agreement by reference: Bid/Proposal Specifications and Contractor’s Response to the Bid/Proposal.
