  • The plans, drawings, and specifications at the end of the Bidding Phase that incorporate all addenda, if any, issued during the Bidding Phase.

Related to Bidding Phase

  • Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;
