Bid Allocation definition

Bid Allocation means, with respect to the Master Servicer or any Sub-Servicer and the proceeds of any bid pursuant to Section 7.01(c), the amount of such proceeds (net of any expenses incurred in connection with such bid and the transfer of servicing), multiplied by a fraction equal to (a) the Servicer Fee Amount for the Master Servicer or such Sub-Servicer, as the case may be, as of such date of determination, over (b) the aggregate of the Servicer Fee Amounts for the Master Servicer and all of the Sub-Servicers as of such date of determination.

  • If a member of the Bid Allocation committee is from the district, the NDT chair will appoint a replacement member for any deliberations.
