Bi-state authority definition

Bi-state authority means an authority created under KRS 175B.030;
Bi-state authority means an authority created under Section 6 of this Act;
Bi-state authority means the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the Delaware River Port Authority, the Delaware River and Bay Authority, and the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.
