  • In the event of termination under any circumstances BHU shall pay to contractor the entire amount due for Services provided to BHU up to the effective date of termination.

  • Technical information and other related documents forming part of this contract and the information obtained during the course of investigations under this contract shall be BHU exclusive property and shall not be used for any other purpose except for the execution of the contract.
