Beverages Shared Policies definition

Beverages Shared Policies means the Policies, current or past, that are owned or maintained by or on behalf of any member of the Cadbury plc Group or any member of the DPS Group which relate to the Beverages Business, other than Beverages Policies, as set forth in Schedule 1.01(g).
