Beverage Assets definition
Beverage Assets means those assets, as set forth on Schedule A, relating to (or comprising part of) the beverages business that are sold, distributed or otherwise transferred by the Cadbury Group to the DPS Group prior to, and in contemplation of, the Demerger, including any equity interests in the Beverage Entities.
