Beverage Alcohol definition

Beverage Alcohol means beer, wine and distilled spirits.
Beverage Alcohol shall be defined as any beverage of an alcoholic nature and composition which is available for purchase by the public at a NSLC Liquor store, and as is more particularly defined in the Liquor Control Act;
Beverage Alcohol means beverage alcohol imported into Saskatchewan in accordance with clause 107(2)(e); (« boisson alcoolisée »)

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.

  • Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.

  • Food means a raw, cooked, or processed edible substance, ice, beverage, or ingredient used or intended for use or for sale in whole or in part for human consumption, or chewing gum.

  • Alcoholic liquor means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.

  • Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.

  • Beverage container means an airtight metal, glass, paper, or plastic container, or a container composed of a combination of these materials, which, at the time of sale, contains 1 gallon or less of a beverage.

  • Medical marijuana concentrate means a specific subset of Medical Marijuana that was produced by extracting Cannabinoids from Medical Marijuana. Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, and Heat/Pressure- Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.

  • Private sewage disposal system means a system which provides for the treatment or disposal of domestic sewage from four or fewer dwelling units or the equivalent of less than sixteen individuals on a continuing basis.
