Betterments definition

Betterments means offerings proposed by the Bidder which fall within the outlined specifications and are more current or upgraded version than requested.
Betterments means a difference in design or construction of an increment of work that results from the application of standards that the Government determines exceed those that the Government would otherwise apply to design or construction of that work.
Betterments means additions, improvements, or changes to a public improvement project requested by the DEVELOPER and permitted by the COUNTY after the functional design of the public improvement has been completed and accepted by the COUNTY. More Definitions of Betterments

Betterments means any and all Owner upgrades and Owner improvements to a Home after initial sale of the Home by Declarant, other than replacements of items that were included within Home at the time of original sale with items of similar nature and quality.
