Best of Seller's Knowledge definition

Best of Seller's Knowledge means the collective actual knowledge of the executive officers of Seller and Parent holding offices of vice- president or higher, following due inquiry of appropriate officers, employees and consultants of Seller and Parent, and the president and the financial aid director of the School.

Best of Seller's Knowledge means the actual knowledge of any of the individuals set forth on Schedule 1.1(f), and the constructive knowledge that any such individual would have obtained after making reasonable inquiry of Seller’s (or its relevant Affiliate’s) directors, officers or employees responsible for the particular matter in question.

Best of Seller's Knowledge means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxx XxXxxxxx.
