of Repair as specifically referred to in the applicable CMM, or overhaul manual and only applicable to Components with a specific OEM recommended overhaul period; \u201cRepair\u201d means the disassembly, inspection, rework, or replacement of Components as necessary, and re-assembly and test as required, to return the Components to a Serviceable condition and \u201cRepaired\u201d shall be understood accordingly; \u201cSale\u201d means the outright sale of a Component by AJWT to the Customer and \u201cSold\u201d shall be understood accordingly; \u201cSB\u201d means a service bulletin provided by an OEM; \u201cServices\u201d shall mean; (i) all or any part of functional Testing, and/or (ii) Repair, and/or (iii) Overhaul and/or Modification of a Component requested by Customer, which AJWT agrees to perform under this Agreement, as requested in the Order, including, without limitation, the furnishing of Components, materials, labour, facilities, tooling, painting, plating,
