BENGALI Bouquet definition

BENGALI Bouquet means an assortment of distinct Channels listed in Schedule C, offered together as a group or as a bundle.
BENGALI Bouquet shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule A of the Agreement.

  • The MSO shall, subject to compliance with each of the Incentive Eligibility Conditions set out in Clause 2.1 of this Addendum, be entitled to avail the following incentives on a cumulative basis for the BENGALI Bouquet on the BENGALI Bouquet Rate.

  • In the event the MSO makes available the Channels comprised in the BENGALI Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the MSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

  • The HITSO shall, subject to compliance with each of the Incentive Eligibility Conditions set out in Clause 2.1 of this Addendum, be entitled to avail the following incentives on a cumulative basis for the BENGALI Bouquet on the BENGALI Bouquet Rate.

  • In the event the HITSO makes available the Channels comprised in the BENGALI Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the HITSO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

  • In the event the DTHO makes available the Channels comprised in the BENGALI Bouquet in the manner as set out in Table I (“LCN Requirement Grid”) below, and subject to Paragraph 2 below, the DTHO shall be entitled to the Incentive set out in Table II below.

Related to BENGALI Bouquet

  • Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
