Benefit Crystallisation Event definition

Benefit Crystallisation Event means any event that triggers Crystallisation as referred to in ‘Section 4, Additional Terms for the Parmenion SIPP.’
Benefit Crystallisation Event means a benefit crystallisation event as defined in section 216 of the Act. For example, each occasion when a Member takes benefits in the form of Pension or lump sum will be a benefit crystallisation event.

Related to Benefit Crystallisation Event

  • Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.

  • Fund Disruption Event means any of the following events, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion:

  • Credit Event Upon Merger has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).

  • Liquidity Provider Ratings Event Termination Date means the date established by the Tender and Paying Agent, acting upon instructions of the Fund pursuant to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, for termination of the VRDP Purchase Agreement upon the occurrence of a Liquidity Provider Ratings Event, which date shall be not less than 16 days nor more than 30 days following such Liquidity Provider Ratings Event.

  • Tax Event Upon Merger has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).
