Beneficiary Child definition

Beneficiary Child means the child who is nominated in the proposal form and on the basis of whose age, the premium paying term, policy term, dates of payments of Child Benefits and the Booster Benefits are determined.

Examples of Beneficiary Child in a sentence

  • If it is found, throughout the duration of the Policy, that the Beneficiary Child has abandoned his study, the Policy shall expire with all its effects and the Company shall pay to the Insured the amount of the account following deduction of any debt thereon, if any.

  • The Assured shall designate the Beneficiary Child who, in case of death of the Insured, is entitled to cash the cumulative investment value upon the maturity date of the Policy as well as the school education benefits as specified in the Schedule of Special Conditions attached hereto.
