Bellatrix Interim MD&A definition

Bellatrix Interim MD&A means the management discussion and analysis of the financial condition and operations of Bellatrix as at and for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013;

  • Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from

  • Fossil fuel-fired means, with regard to a unit:

  • SOFR with respect to any day means the secured overnight financing rate published for such day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as the administrator of the benchmark, (or a successor administrator) on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Website.
