Belgian DAT Business Transfer Agreement means the local transfer agreement containing the specific terms and conditions with respect to the sale and purchase of the Belgian DAT Business, in agreed form.
Asset Transfer Agreement means the asset transfer agreement dated September 12, 2014 between Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust and Centurion Apartment REIT pursuant to which Centurion Apartment REIT seeded the initial portfolio of Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust.
Business Transaction means any initial merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses involving the Company.
Share Transfer Agreement means the share transfer agreement, in the agreed form, between the partners in the Company;
Significant business transaction means any business transaction or series of transactions that, during any one fiscal year, exceeds the lesser of $25,000 or 5 percent of the total operating expense of a provider.
IDR Transfer Agreement means an agreement to transfer, subject to the terms of Tariff, Part VI, section 237, Incremental Deliverability Rights to a party for the purpose of eliminating or reducing the need for Local or Network Upgrades that would otherwise have been the responsibility of the party receiving such rights. Immediate-need Reliability Project: “Immediate-need Reliability Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.
Company Acquisition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
Receivables Transfer Agreement means, collectively or individually, the Originator Receivables Transfer Agreement and the Master Trust Receivables Transfer Agreement, as the context may require.
Transfer Agreement means the agreement providing for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights.
Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.
Factoring Agreement means an agreement by and between a Borrower or a Subsidiary of a Borrower and a Factoring Company pursuant to which a Borrower or such Subsidiary shall, pursuant to customary terms for the size and type of transaction involved, sell, transfer and assign its rights, title and interests in certain accounts receivable, specifically identified therein, to a Factoring Company.
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Factoring Transaction means any transaction or series of transactions that may be entered into by the Borrower or any Subsidiary pursuant to which the Borrower or such Subsidiary may sell, convey, assign or otherwise transfer (or purport to sell, convey, assign or otherwise transfer) Securitization Assets (which may include a grant of security interest in such Securitization Assets so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred or purported to be so sold, conveyed, assigned or otherwise transferred) to any Person.
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Alternative Acquisition Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c).
Acquisition Agreements means the Nexstar Acquisition Agreement and the Mission Acquisition Agreement, and “Acquisition Agreement” means the applicable agreement in the context used.
Transfer Agreements As defined in the Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement. Transferor: Each seller of Mortgage Loans to the Seller pursuant to the Transfer Agreements.

Subsequent Transfer Agreement A Subsequent Transfer Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit P hereto, executed and delivered by the Sellers, the Depositor and the Trustee as provided in Section 2.01(d).
