Beginning Share Price definition

Beginning Share Price with respect to the Performance Period shall mean the 20 day trailing average closing stock price as of (but excluding) the first day of the Performance Period (subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 14 of the Plan).
Beginning Share Price means the average closing price of the Ordinary Shares or the shares of the Peer Group, as applicable, for the 30 trading days ending on the first trading date of the Performance Period.

Beginning Share Price means the average closing price per Common Share for the twenty (20) trading days beginning on the first trading day of the Performance Period on the exchange on which Common Shares are traded.
