Beacon Texas Deed of Trust definition

Beacon Texas Deed of Trust has the meaning given in Section 1.2 of the Parent Guaranty.
Beacon Texas Deed of Trust means a Deed of Trust and Security Agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to Bank, executed by Beacon Texas in favor of a trustee, on behalf of Bank, among other things, granting a Lien in favor of Bank on Beacon Texas Facility.
