Beacon Score definition
Beacon Score means the number assigned by the credit bureau to determine credit risk;
Beacon Score means the Consumer Credit Scoring System promulgated by Equifax, Trans Union or Experian. Benefit Arrangement shall mean at any time an "employee benefit plan," within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA, which is neither a Plan nor a Multiemployer Plan and which is maintained, sponsored or otherwise contributed to by any member of the ERISA Group.
