BCMS definition

BCMS means business continuity management system namely, part of the overall management system using an industry recognised method which implements, operates, monitors, reviews, maintains and improves business continuity as set out in paragraph 2(a) of this document.

Examples of BCMS in a sentence

  • The amount paid or payable by a party as a result of the losses, damages, expenses, liabilities and claims referred to in this subsection shall be deemed to include any legal or other fees or expenses reasonably incurred by such party in connection with investigating, preparing to defend or defending any BCMS Proceeding.

  • The Company agrees promptly to notify the Underwriters of the commencement of any BCMS Proceeding against it and against any of the Company’s directors or officers.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any settlement of any BCMS Proceeding effected without its written consent but, if settled with its written consent, the Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Persons from and against any and all loss, damage, expense, liability or claim by reason of such settlement.

  • Lessons Learned ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ runs a series of regular Business Continuity Checks to audit the BCMS to identify gaps, strengths and weak spots in our implementation.

  • This includes regular hardware testing to ensure that the BCMS is compatible with the system architecture.
