Prior to any of the aforementioned meetings, the employee shall be given a copy of the FBI or BCI report, or such other documentation that indicates there was a falsification in the application process or a failure to fulfill the requirements of Board Policy.
Employees may obtain a copy of their BCI report upon written request to the Director of Personnel and by picking up the sealed copy, in person, at the Personnel Department.
