BBOC definition

BBOC means The Boston Bank of Commerce, Massachusetts corporation in its capacity as maker of the BBOC Loan, or its successors and assigns in such capacity, including any substitute Lenders permitted pursuant to Section 8.02(b)(v) hereof, each acting through any authorized representative.

  • BellSouth may elect to renegotiate an alternative provisioning interval with BBOC or seek a waiver from this interval from the Commission.

  • Major changes such as requesting additional space or adding additional equipment may require BBOC to resubmit the Application with an Application Fee.

  • A Firm Order shall be considered Bona Fide when BBOC has completed the Application/Inquiry process described in Section 6.2, preceding and has submitted the Firm Order document indicating acceptance of the Application Response provided by BellSouth.

  • The recurring charges for space preparation apply beginning on the date on which BellSouth releases the Collocation Space for occupancy or on the date BBOC first occupies the Collocation Space, whichever is sooner.

  • BBOC shall hold BellSouth harmless for any damages resulting from such removal of its personnel from BellSouth premises.

  • Any damage caused to the Collocation Space by BBOC’s employees, agents or representatives during the removal of such property shall be promptly repaired by BBOC at its expense.

  • BBOC shall not assign to the BellSouth Premises any personnel with records of misdemeanor convictions, except for misdemeanor traffic violations, without advising BellSouth of the nature and gravity of the offense(s).
