BBI Marketing Agreement definition

BBI Marketing Agreement means collectively (i) the Joint Marketing Agreement between BBI and Protective Life Insurance Company, dated as of January 1, 1991, as amended, and (ii) the Amended and Restated Joint Marketing Agreement by and among BBI, Protective Life Insurance Company and Protective Life & Annuity Insurance Company dated February 7, 1997, as amended on April 15, 1999 and March 31, 2000.
