  • BBCW shall have no obligation to accept any materials delivered late.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement the mutual obligations of the parties hereto shall cease save that the Client shall continue to be liable to pay monies due to BBCW prior to the date of termination.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing all Sponsorship Copy will be destroyed by BBCW if not transmitted for a period of six (6) months without further reference to the Client.
