  • BBCW shall have no obligation to accept any materials delivered late.

  • BBCW shall remit to the Contributor, with each Statement, the amount of the royalties shown to be due on such Statement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing all Sponsorship Copy will be destroyed by BBCW if not transmitted for a period of six (6) months without further reference to the Client.
