Baytex Crude Supply Agreement definition

Baytex Crude Supply Agreement means the Crude Oil Supply Agreement dated October 15, 2002 between Baytex Energy Ltd., a body corporate having offices in Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, and FOC, which was assigned by Baytex Energy Ltd. to Baytex Marketing Ltd. on November 28, 2002, as amended to the date hereof.
