Examples of Battery Drain in a sentence

  • If any additional funds then remain in the Net Settlement Fund, the balance of 2 the Net Settlement Fund will be distributed to Claimants in Groups 1B, 1C, 2A, 2B, or 3 who paid 3 insurance deductibles to Assurant for claims for Nexus 6Ps that allegedly experienced Bootloop or 4 Battery Drain.

  • Claimants who purchased a Nexus 6P that did not experience the alleged 14 Bootloop or Battery Drain, or who received a Pixel XL device as a 15 replacement for a Nexus 6P, will receive a minimum payment of $5 and a 16 maximum payment of $10 (“Group 1A”).

  • Claimants who purchased a Nexus 6P that they attested experienced alleged 18 Battery Drain, but who did not submit Documentation, or who submitted 19 Documentation deemed insufficient by the Settlement Administrator 20 pursuant to Section II.F.2 above, will receive a minimum payment of $10 21 and a maximum payment of $45 (“Group 1B”).
