Battery Business definition

Battery Business means a business or portion of a business devoted to batteries and/or lighting products, including components therefor and collateral goods related thereto.
Battery Business shall have the same meaning as the term is given in the Plan of Reorganization.
Battery Business means the “Business” as such term is defined in the Battery Agreement.
