Batched or “Batched Shipments” means a quantity of Crude Petroleum of like characteristics delivered by Shipper for transportation by Carrier as an identifiable unit.
Batched or “Batched Shipments” means transportation of Petroleum that is Tendered or received at Platte’s Mainline Facilities for transportation to any of Platte’s Delivery Points, as an identifiable unit.
