BASUNDHARA constructed on the premises stated in the Schedule-A (Part-II) hereinabove written TOGETHERWITH undivided, impartible proportionate share of land underneath the said Block TOGETHER WITH all other easement and common rights over common passages and common facilities and amenities attached to and available with all other flats in the building ALL THAT Parking space purchased with the right to park for medium sized car in the covered car parking space, admeasuring sq. ft. more or less Super Built Up Area, flooring tiles, situate at the Ground floor of the building, situate in the complex namely “BASUNDHARA”.
