Basic Power definition

Basic Power means the limit that has been set for Customer’s use of electricity, on the basis of the Services Specification, as specified in the Order Form or Order Confirmation, measured in amperes. Business Day means Mondays to Fridays, with the exception of official public holidays in Singapore and Hong Kong. Business Hours means the period between 08.30 hours and 17.30 hours on a Business Day.

CTC shall supply its own racks which shall be wholly contained within each Rack Space; provided, however, if CTC desires to install cabinets which cause its racks to exceed the above-described outside dimensions of the Rack Spaces in a particular POP, it may request a waiver of such requirement from Williams ▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇tten notice setting forth a detailed description of the cabinets to be used and the exact amount of encroachment into areas outside of the Rack Spaces caused by the use of such cabinets.
