Basic Pension Benefit definition

Basic Pension Benefit means the normal form of pension benefit payable at the Executive's Normal Retirement Date under the Basic Pension Plan and funded by the Company, and shall include the amount of any portion of the pension benefit earned by the Executive which has been assigned to or is required to be held for the benefit of the Spouse or former Spouse of the Executive. •
