Basic Content definition

Basic Content is product information that delivers at a minimum, the required fields as specified in the SciQuest Product Information Content Table, attached hereto as Exhibit B from available information and includes the BugsEye genus classification for such product information.
Basic Content means any Content included in a Creative Commons licence;
Basic Content to "Rich Content" through use of additional information available through paper catalog sources.

Examples of Basic Content in a sentence

  • YPS shall be responsible for making any necessary arrangements with such other web sites for the display of appropriate and timely Basic Content, Transactional Content, and Additional Content included in the Web Portal.

  • Publisher shall select the Basic Content for each Web Portal in conjunction with the development of Web Site Specifications for each Web Site.

  • Licensor hereby grants to Google a worldwide, non­exclusive, non­transferable, royalty­free right and license to use the Licensor Marks in connection with the Licensed Content in Google products or services (which license is perpetual and irrevocable with respect to Google's display of Basic Content).

  • Basic Content Providers can only pay media fees on the per disc basis.


More Definitions of Basic Content

Basic Content means the services described in Section (i) of Exhibit A.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
