Baseline Substantial Completion Date means September 21, 2022, as such date may be extended from time to time pursuant to the Project Agreement, but subject to Section 23(c) (Adjustments to Completion Dates).

Examples of Baseline Substantial Completion Date in a sentence

  • The Project Baseline Schedule shall include the Baseline Substantial Completion Date set forth in the Preliminary Project Baseline Schedule.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
