Baseline Forecast definition

Baseline Forecast shall be set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto. ​
Baseline Forecast means Intermec’s forecast of the required number of units of the Products for the First Year.
Baseline Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.27 hereof.

Related to Baseline Forecast

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Forecast shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
