The Base Selling Price for each Product shall be evaluated every six (6) months from the Effective Date so as to take into consideration current market conditions for the Products and to make any necessary changes to ensure that the price reflects market conditions effected by global events, with all mutually agreed upon modifications being set forth in an amendment to Exhibit A.
