Base Points definition

Base Points means a position of the outermost of land with an altitude of zero based on Lowest Astronomical Tide (LAT) which is either determined by range and bearing from a concrete Base point Reference Monument (BRM) or based on topographic maps, chart and remotely sensed imagery;
Base Points means the base points Members earn on Program-Eligible Purchases and as may be further described in the Program Terms and Conditions.
Base Points means the points assigned to each Qualifying Injury for purposes of the Tier 4 Allocation Process as set forth on the Settlement Grid attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement.

Examples of Base Points in a sentence

  • The effective rate used for these purposes (the “Burn Rate”) will be the rate expressed as the total number of Base Points and Additional Points (regardless of source) redeemed in LE Formats divided by the total number of Base Points and Additional Points issued by LE Formats, calculated on a trailing twelve (12) month basis.

  • Only Base Points and Additional Points that expire after twelve (12) months are taken into consideration when calculating the Burn Rate.

  • As applicable, SHMC will reimburse LE or LE will pay SHMC for Base Points and Additional Points that are redeemed in LE Formats each fiscal quarter “Redemption Fees”).

  • Consistent with and subject to the Program Terms and Conditions, SHMC will issue Base Points, Additional Points and Surprise Points (collectively, “Points”) to Members’ Accounts with respect to Program-Eligible Purchases from LE and in connection with promotions and other activities.

  • The Base Points Fee will be [*****] for every thousand (1,000) Base Points issued to Members as a result of Program-Eligible Purchases in LE Formats.

  • For each Program-Eligible Purchase completed by a Member in an LE Format in accordance with the Agreement, LE will pay to SHMC a fee (the “Points Issuance Fee”) consisting of the fees related to Base Points (the “Base Points Fee”) and Additional Points (the “Additional Points Fee”), if any.

  • To determine how many Base Points to award, the Allocation Neutral shall average the Base Points set forth in the PFT Impairment Table for each PFT.

  • The Employer and Union agree that time constraints listed in this Article may be waived only by mutual agreement.

Related to Base Points

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Points refers to Citi ThankYou Points or ThankYou Points earned on your Citi Corporate Card;
