Base-Point definition
Base-Point means the economic dispatch value (in MW), as determined by the System Operator, that the Contract Facility operates at while providing Regulation Service.
Examples of Base-Point in a sentence
The System Operator shall request the operator at the Contract Facility to operate the Contract Facility at its Base-Point.
The Regulation test signal shall direct the Contract Facility to decrease its output, back to its Regulation Base-Point.
