Base Closing Working Capital definition

Base Closing Working Capital means the total of all amounts listed on Schedule K after, with respect to such amounts as are denominated in a currency other than U.S. dollars, converting such amounts to U.S. dollars at the applicable foreign exchange reference rate with respect to such currency published in the Wall Street Journal on (a) for purposes of calculating the Estimated Working Capital Adjustment Amount, the date that the Estimate is delivered pursuant to Section 1.6, and (b) for purposes of Section 1.8, the Closing Date.
Base Closing Working Capital means $7,616,000.
Base Closing Working Capital means $16,000,000.
