Bareboat Registry definition

Bareboat Registry has the meaning assigned such term in Clause 10.4(a);
Bareboat Registry means, in respect of a Vessel, the bareboat registry referred to in respect of that Vessel in Schedule 2.
Bareboat Registry means the French International Ship Registry.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • Asset Register has the meaning set out in Section 6.3 of Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];

  • Warrant Register shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(c).

  • National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures, and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • township register means an approved subdivision register of a township in terms of the Deeds Registries Act;

  • Houseboat means a powered vessel containing living accommodation, usually flat- bottomed and used in navigation.
